Islak Borulu Sprinkler Sistemi

Kuru Borulu Sprinkler Sistemi
Hava sıcaklığının düşük ve ısıtma yapılmayan yerlerde,boruların içerisi hava veya azot ile doludur.Boru hattında,su ile hava "kuru alarm vanası" vasıtasıyla ayrılır. |

General Our Horizontal Split Case pumps have been specifically designed for fire pump requirements, utilizing the latest hydraulic techniques available. All the fire pumps are manufactured to high standards of quality in the material, construction, and workmanship of each unit.
Casing The casings are of a high quality cast iron, with a minimum tensile strength of 40,000 PSI. The casing is a split-case design simplifying inspection and disassembly.
Impeller The double-suction impellers are bronze, enclosed design, keyed to the shaft, and secured by adjustable shaft sleeves. All impellers are dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation. The double suction feature balances out hydraulic thrust loads. Impeller wear rings are an available option.
Shaft The shafts are alloy steel, machined and ground to close tolerances. They are sized to transmit the torque and handle the imposed hydraulic loads, all while maintaining a minimum amount of deflection under any flow condition.
Shaft Sleeves To protect the shaft against wear and corrosion, bronze shaft sleeves are provided. The shaft sleeves are threaded to the position and hold the impeller in place. The sleeves are double set screwed and keylocked to prevent their rotation in either direction. They extend from the impeller to slightly beyond the seal box area.
Casing Wear Rings Bronze wear rings provide the sealing between the suction and discharge areas of the casing. The rings are staked by stainless steel pins to prevent their rotation.
Bearings Grease lubricated ball bearings are provided. The outboard bearing is a duplex angular contact ball thrust bearing. The inboard bearing is a single row radial ball bearing. The bearings are enclosed in a regreasable housing. The bearing sizes are selected to provide a minimum L10 life of 200,000 hours. |

Bearings Grease-lubricated, deep-groove ball bearings are provided in a regreaseable bearing housing. Bearing life provides an L10 minimum life of 20,000 hours.
Casing Wear Ring Bronze wear rings provide sealing for minimum recirculation between the suction and discharge areas of the casing. The rings are staked by stainless steel pins to prevent their rotation.
Stuffing Boxes Packed with non-asbestos packing with bronze glands.

Matre Turbine In-line Foam Proportioner is known for its reability. The foam proportioner starts to function as soon as water starts to flow through it. For testing purposes or to run the system with water only it is possible to choose whether to mix in foam or to send it in return to the tank. This represents a substantial economical and enviromental saving and at the same time increasing safety. It also helps to simplify the fire fighting system as auxiliary valves can be omitted. By placing seperate foam tanks at each respective valve station instead of one large centrally placed tank, safety will be further increased. The simple and robust construction of Matre Turbine In-Line Foam Proportioner ensures that it is practically maintenance free. Foam insertion: 1% or 3%. Materials: Bronze, AISI316, 6Mo, Titanium, or other specified materials. Check valve and pipe/hose arrangement are standard accessories.

Matre Balanced Pressure Proportioner inserts foam concentrat into water. Matre Balanced Pressure Proportioner is a wafer type, mounted between ANSI or DIN flanges in the piping joints. The foam concentrate is supplied to the proportioner by a pump. Foam supply interface are treaded as standard. Other interface, chechvalves or combivalves are optional. Matre Balanced Pressure proportioner is designed to render possible an effective production which in turn leads to swift delivery times regardless of the chosen material. Matre Balanced Pressure Proportioner is type approved by DNV. Foam insertion: 1% - 6% Size: 1 1/2" - 14" Water flowrate: 100 - 40.000 l/min. Matre Foam Inductor is a traditional inductor-design. Each inductor is customised to the client’s requirements regarding flow and pressure. Matre Foam Inductors are delivered with a check valve as an integrated part of the unit. It can also be delivered with a special shut off valve that prevents leakage from the foam tank if the foam level is higher than the inductor. This valve is operated by the water pressure upstream to the inductor. The valve will open and operate as a check valve as soon as there is an inlet pressure at the inductor. The principle of an inductor gives a specific characteristic for performance. No moving parts can affect the performance. The inductor is therefore the most reliable insertion devise possible. Changing of inlet flow or pressure parameter will not be possible without recalculation, change of nozzle dimensions accordingly and recalibration of insertion rate. This device suck foam liquid from the tank as result of vacum created by water passing through the venturi. A minimum of 30% drop of pressure is necessary for the inductor to work properly. This pressure drop must be taken in to consideration during calculation of system parameters and layout both on upstream and downstream side of the inductor. Foam insertion: 1% - 6%. Size: 1" - 8" but special solutions can be delivered. We have delivered units up to 14" flanges. Materials: Bronze, AISI316, 6Mo, Titanium, or other specified materials.

Matre Balanced Wide Range Proportioner is a wafer type mounted between ANSI or DIN flanges in the water line.The concentrate is supplied to the proportioner by a foam concentrate pump. Pressure of foam concentrate shall be at least 1,2 bar above water inlet pressure. Max. differential pressure between water and foam concentrate is 5 bar. Available in sizes from 200 to 3,000 gallons, these storage tanks typically are used in conjunction with balanced-pressure proportioning systems or self-educting monitor stations, both in fixed and portable applications. atmospheric foam-concentrate storage tanks are compatible with all foam concentrates. Vertical tanks normally are manufactured with flat bottoms and dome tops, while horizontal tanks sit on saddles. All atmospheric foam-concentrate storage tanks are manufactured with inspection hatches and a pressure/vacuum vent. Standard Atmospheric Foam Concentrate Storage Tanks are manufactured in Crosslinked polyethylene in vertical configuration. also offers custom made tanks in stainless steel (304 or 316), carbon steel, and fiberglass. Vertical tanks are normally manufactured with flat bottoms and dome tops and horizontal tanks sit on saddles. The fiberglass and polyethylene tanks do not have expansion domes due to the dome shape of the top of the tank. Inspection hatches are provided on both style tanks. Regardless of the material of construction, a pressure/vacuum vent must be installed. This is normally installed on the inspection hatch on the fiberglass or molded polyethylene tanks and on the cover of the expansion dome on the carbon or stainless steel tank. IMPORTANT If using a carbon or stainless steel tank with AFFF type foam concentrates, does not recommend lining the inside tank shell. The reason is that the tank and the liner have different coefficient expansion ratios during various ambient temperature cycles. Over time, pinholes may occur in the lining. AFFFs having a very good wetting ability will penetrate the pinholes and get in between the lining and the tank shell. Eventually portions of the lining may flake off and travel into the foam concentrate system, subsequently blocking orifices, strainers, etc. Upon receipt of your order and before any installation, inspect the tank for any damage that may have occurred during shipping to trim valves, piping, etc. does not supply any interconnecting piping, strainers, valves, etc. that are not specifically mentioned on any quotation or sales order. When using AFFF or AR-AFFF type foam concentrates in any atmospheric type storage tank, it is recommended by Chemguard that a thin layer (approximately 1/4 inch) of a quality mineral oil be placed on the surface of the foam concentrate after filling the tank with the correct quantity. This alleviates the problem associated with evaporation of the foam concentrate. If any AFFF concentrate spills on any painted surface during any filling of the storage tank(s), immediately wash the area with water. The solvents in the AFFF may cause streaking of any painted surface. It is recommended that when using non-freeze protected foam concentrates, that the foam tanks be located in an area that is kept between 35

Foam system bladder tanks provide accurate, dependable, and cost-effective foam fire protection for a variety of flammable/combustible hazard areas, with no external power other than water pressure. Water is applied to the outside surface of the bladder, displacing foam concentrate inside the bladder, which then is injected into the water stream.

The Bladder Tank is one component in a balanced pressure foam proportioning system. It requires no external power, other than the water pressure to ensure correct operation. The vertical and horizontal bladder tanks are designed and constructed in accordance with the latest revisions to ASME code, Section VIII for unfired pressure vessels with a working pressure of 175 psi and tested to 1.3 times this pressure.
SPECIFICATIONS
The tank shell is constructed of steel, complying with ASME specifications, possessing a tensile strength of not less than 70,000 psi. The circumferential, as well as the longitudinal body seam, are machine welded. The tank interior welds and edges are ground smooth.
The tank shell water inlet and tank shell water drain is screened to prevent bladder blow out or the entrapment of debris between the tank shell and the bladder.
The vertical tank assembly is supported by four legs with access to the bladder drain/fill valve and the tank shell drain/fill valve. Four feet are provided for anchoring the tank. The horizontal assembly is supported on two saddles welded to the tank and fitted with anchoring holes.

The Impulse Ventilation System consists of main exhaust fans to provide the airflow rate through the car park, unique impulse fans to control the airflow direction, a CO monitoring system (& smoke detection system) and a main control panel. The CO sensors provide a signal to the main control panel indicating the environmental conditions within the car park. This enables selective operation of impulse fans in individual areas affected by CO pollution, or in the event of a fire, the strategic operation of individually selected impulse fans. The selective operation of impulse fans is designed to contain smoke within a defined & pre-determined corridor and control its flow to the extract point. Should a fire situation arise,can guarantee the smoke path and remain the only company to make this claim.
An Advanced Ductless System  
The Impulse Ventilation System does not use ducting; consequently, the level of pressure drop is much lower than that of the traditional type of system. The reduced pressure drop means that the extract fans are required to operate at much lower pressures, meaning smaller generators and lower running costs due to lower kilowatts taken by the fans. It has been shown that savings of well in excess of 40% in running costs can be realised, hence a real incentive for a car parks owner to install this type of system. Another plus to the system is its appearance. Instead of a bulky ducting system running through the length of the car park roof, the system uses a series of sleek impulse fans to provide the air movement. These can be manufactured in any colour so as to fit in with the car park colour scheme.
Ventilating for Vehicle Emissions
The normal means of ventilating a basement car park is to apply the fairly arbitrary 6 air changes per hour as required under Building Regulations. This rule applies whatever the car park size, level of occupancy, traffic movement or time of day. This is nice and simple and it complies with building regulations, but, in these days of depleting ozone layers and the need to limit atmospheric pollution, it is time to apply a more engineered approach to the ventilation of car parks. By the use of CO detectors linked through the unique , the impulse ventilation system is able to control the level of ventilation within the car park to ensure that contamination levels are kept well within the specified criteria. Varying the rate of ventilation means that the system need only operate at full load for probably 10-15% of the time, adding to the significant savings in operating costs.
Controlling Smoke in an Emergency  
The system employs a "high-density" distribution of multi-criteria smoke detectors to ensure comprehensive coverage of the car park. The purpose in having multi-criteria detection is two-fold; firstly it permits an early alarm of a developing fire and second, it minimises the risk of false alarms, which is beneficial to the car parks owner, users and fire service. The high-density matrix of the detectors also enables the system to identify the precise location of a fire and subsequent control of the smoke. On detection of smoke, the extract rate of the system is increased and the impulse fans within the fire zone are activated, creating a virtual corridor of smoke.
Safety for the Public & Efficiency for Firefighters
Apart from the protection of the public and their escape routes, a further and equally important aspect of the system is to safeguard fire fighters in their approach to and tackling of the fire. By controlling the flow of smoke, three sides of the vehicle are kept clear of smoke so that visibility is maximised. The velocity of air over the fire, whilst not too great so as to cause an added fire risk, is sufficient to cool the gases to a level, which permits a relatively safe approach and reduces further collateral damage.
Engineered Ventilation
Nowadays, vehicle fire loads vary significantly. In some cases such as people carriers, can be up to 8mW per vehicle. The Impulse Ventilation System, due to its engineered approach and level of flexibility is far more easily able to cope with such variations than the old ducted system. Larger fire loads mean higher extract rates. With a ducted system, much larger ducting will be necessary to cater for the higher volumes. The alternative is even higher-pressure drops with the consequential spiralling level of installed motor power.
Testing & Product Rating The fire had been artificially accelerated by the fire service who opened one of the car windows to increase the fire load. As the system forced so much air over the car, the fire began to die at which point the test was stopped and restarted after adding combustibles to the car. Over the following 15 minutes, the fire grew and eventually spread to the adjacent cars. Throughout this, the fire service was able to stand just metres away from the fire, demonstrating the cooling effect of the system over the fire. Additionally as the smoke was being controlled away from the fire, the fire service was able to closely monitor its progress and eventually extinguish the fire with ease. The system worked as planned and proved itself without the use of a sprinkler system, as is commonplace with many other installations where a System is installed. |

BIOSTOP® 500+ Intumescent Firestop Sealant is a water-based, flexible, highly intumescent sealant designed for use on metal, insulated and plastic pipes. It may be used for top of the wall construction joints, power and telephone cables, cable trays and bus ducts. BIOSTOP® 500+ has passed UL 2079 for top of the wall applications with as little as 1/4 inch depth of caulk. The test assembly was also subjected to 500 cycles (as per ASTM E 1399) on a specially built machine that successfully demonstrated the product's durability and movement characteristics. Biostop® BF 150+ can be used on various penetrations such as top of the wall construction joints, deflection track wall systems, EMT, telephone and power cables in concrete floors and walls, gypsum walls as well as wood floors.
